Our Employee Policies:

A to Zen Staffing & Payroll Service adheres to the laws & regulations applicable to the conduct of our business. We maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in our interaction with our employees.

As our employee you represent us whenever we send you to our client. We want your professionalism and exceptional judgment to be a positive sign of what A to Zen Staffing is about and who we are.

As an Employee:
  • You will be tested, evaluated and interviewed so that we may determine your strengths in order to make the best possible match for you.
  • We do background checks when required by our client.
  • We will always inform you of your pay rate, hours of work, and whether the assignment is temporary or temp to perm.
  • We will pay you weekly upon authorized receipt of timecard. Time card must be in by Tuesday 12:00 p.m.
  • If you worked on more than one (1) assignment during a weekly pay period be sure to complete a time card for each assignment.
  • You must dress appropriately for your assignment. We act immediately if dress code is not adhered to.
  • We take immediate action to address your questions, concerns and complaints. Remember you can always talk to one of the owners.

Your feedback on the working conditions of our clients' offices is very important to us and we emphasize that you let us know of the working conditions. Should you encounter difficulties during your assignment please let us know immediately so that we can take the necessary steps to correct them.

On the last day of your assignment have your supervisor sign your time card. Express gratitude for the opportunity to work for their company. Let us know your assignment has terminated.

Pay Day:

We are responsible for your wages and all associated taxes and workman's compensation insurance. Your pay period begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday. Time sheets must be completed, signed and faxed or sent to our office by 12:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Your weekly paycheck will be direct deposited or mailed. Direct Deposit insures your money is in your bank on Friday morning. Mailed checks are not guaranteed to be in your mail box by Friday although we make every effort to have them to you on Friday. Checks cannot be picked up at office. Don't hold up your hard earned money have it direct deposited!!!
